Return Policy for Perpetual Licenses: Upon receipt of your order, we will issue a 30-day preliminary license via e-mail. Credit card purchases: If you have paid by credit card, VeraChem will automatically issue you a perpetual license by e-mail to replace the 30-day preliminary license on the 25th day following purchase or immediately on request. Payment by check: Following receipt of payment, VeraChem will issue the perpetual license on the 25th day following purchase or immediately on request. Payment by purchase order: Following receipt of payment, VeraChem will issue the perpetual license on the 25th day following purchase or immediately on request. No refunds will be provided after issuance of a perpetual license.
